The most effective oil pulling is done by placing around a tablespoon of cold pressed organic oil into the mouth and swishing the oil around the mouth and pushing between teeth for approximately 15-20 minutes and then spitting it out then brushing.

Years ago while in Food Market a lady said to me, “which oil would you use when pulling?” I look over like, here we go again :) my second home and I’m sure she overheard me speaking with someone else about wellness issues so, somehow it was safe to ask me. I said to her that I had never tried pulling but, I was aware of it and advice her of what I did understand, :) I was in my element.

When all was said and done, we both made a the choice to try it and to my surprise I now like it. I thought I wouldn’t be able to hold the oil in my mouth for 20 minutes but, my choice of coconut oil was a tasty  treat.
