SPF refers to the ability of a sunscreen to block #UVB rays, which cause sunburns but not UVA rays, which are linked closer to deeper skin damage by reaching deeper into your skin. Find Sunscreen that adequately protects against UVA, thicker and zinc base is my favorite.  Figure how long u can stay n the sun use this equation: Minutes to burn without sunscreen x SPF number = maximum sun exposure time… This will give your adiquate SPF number. for the time spent before reapplying.
